Kielce, 19 November 1948, 12.00 a. m. Jan Zielono from the Criminal Investigation Section of the Citizens’ Militia Station in Kielce, on the instruction of the Deputy Prosecutor from the Regional District Court Prosecutor’s Office in Radom , with the participation of court reporter Marian Poniewierka, interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 140 of the Penal Code, the witness testified as follows:

When the camp was operational in the Hasag factory in Kielce, both on Młynarska and Karczówkowska streets, I saw with my own eyes an execution of some sixteen Jews (I do not know their surnames) carried out on the premises of the Hasag factory.
The shooting of the above-mentioned Jews was carried out on the premises of the Hasag factory by: 1) Lachman, I do not know his forename, and Knop, whose forename I also do not know.
I would like to explain why the following Poles were deported to "camps" from the the Hasag factory premises in Kielce: 1) Pietromski Mieczysław, resident in Kielce, Ogrodowa Street 5,2) my son Mieczysław, and many others whose surnames I do not recall.
The arrest and deportation from the Hasag factory of the above-mentioned people was brought about by the "Poles" who worked together with the Germans in the warehouses [...],namely Wójcik Józef, resident in Kielce, Januszewski (I do not recall his name), resident in the West, in Opole, where he works as a locksmith. These two bear the greatest responsibility for deportations to the camps from the premises of the Hasag factory.
