He was accused of repairing weapons for partisans.

Gendarmes.

In the bushes of the Jawor estate, Krępa Kościelna commune.

The bodies of the victims were buried by their families in the cemetery in Iłża.

On 1 October 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially certified by Kazimierz Grodzicki, the head of Krępa Kościelna commune, with the Municipal Court in Lipsko nad Wisłą.
