Regarding the present case, I have the following knowledge. In 1944, my brother, Mieczysław Fabjan, was arrested by the Germans and placed in the prison in Kielce. There they accused him of illegally belonging to political parties. I don’t know the surnames, names or ranks of the perpetrators.
I don’t know what agony my brother suffered in prison. In July 1944, my brother was shot, but I still don’t know where, [nor] where his body lies. I was present at the exhumation, the body was not found.
I conclude my testimony and signed it after it was read out to me.
